Hearts Kind has a passion for better care in the community therefore all our self-employed carers have the experience and knowledge to care with passion and respect. We are a platform connecting both self-employed carers and care recipients.
If you wish to be a self-employed carer you'll need to be approved on the platform first. Once you are approved on the platform you'll have the benefit to work the hours you desire and earn up to £14.30 per hour (on average after our fees/taxes)

Working Locally - Being self employed allows you to choose the radius you work within. Stay locally or branch out as we have care clients across the UK.
Having The Support You Need - We'll find the clients for you through our advertising campaigns and website. We control the legal agreements, billing and administration so you can focus on what's most important - the care! Any other support you may need our friendly team is always here to support you.
Weekly payments - You will always be paid weekly and on time. The only responsibility you have is to submit your time sheets by using our easy-to-use portal on your phone or computer.
